What is UX/UI Design?
The arena of web design is constantly changing with new tools, workflows and best practices for constructing usable layouts. Now-a-days, the terms UX/UI is more trending in web industry. These two terms coordinate to get a best quality website. Earlier, a web designer created a webpage using traditional methods. They used only a small part of the technology like HTML, PHP and few programing languages. The earlier designs never thought of seeing the web site through the eyes of a user. Thanks to technology advancement, the arrival of the UX/UI design has changed the old trend. UX Design refers to the term User Experience Design, while UI Design stands for User Interface Design. Let us see the difference of the UX and UI design with an example. Let us imagine the human body as the web product. The UI is typically something like the cosmetics we apply to our external skin for shining and beautification. Hence a UI is typically something to do with outward appearances, meaning external. In a human body, the internal organs like brain, kidney, heart etc. are the vital organs. Without these human body just cannot function. UX can be compared to above mentioned vital internal organs without which functionality is impossible. In general, UI and UX, combined together, gives a best quality website or web product.
